About Jen

Over the past fifteen years, Jen has worked in the education sector helping districts and other organizations understand their data stories and build strategic, future-focused plans to improve student outcomes. She has built out data dashboarding and analytics tools for districts, trained district staff on data analysis, and coached regional staff implementing strategic planning processes. Jen approaches all of her work with curiosity, empathy, and integrity. 

 

Jen is currently completing her associate coach certification from the International Coaching Federation. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and spunky five year old daughter, and is a certified run coach, avid runner, and insatiable book reader.
